Relyance AI, an AI-driven data governance platform providing full visibility and control over enterprise-wide data, has announced a $32.1 million Series B funding round to expand operations and address the growing demand for artificial intelligence in the enterprise. The round was led by Thomvest Ventures, with participation from M12 (Microsoft Ventures Fund), Cheyenne Ventures, and existing investors Menlo Ventures and Unusual Ventures.

“The days of settling for inadequate privacy, DSPM, and AI governance solutions are behind us. Relyance AI is setting a new benchmark, proving that data protection and innovation can go hand in hand,” said Abhi Sharma, CEO and co-founder of Relyance AI. “Staying compliant with ever-evolving regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, the EU’s AI Act, and the complex landscape of U.S. privacy laws is nearly impossible. Our integrated governance approach simplifies this complexity, empowering C-suite executives, engineers, and legal teams to confidently adopt AI across the enterprise.”
