Developed in collaboration with Scale AI, the platform integrates TIME’s proprietary data, the foundational knowledge of a large language model (LLM), information on relevant current events, and tailored guardrails to ensure the experience remains focused and safe for users.
Through this partnership, TIME readers can access content in five languages—English, Spanish, French, German, and Chinese—create personalized audio summaries of Person of the Year content in any desired length, and engage with a chatbot for real-time conversations about the material.
