Plant-based meat brand Chunk Foods has introduced four new pulled meat alternatives, each paired with globally inspired sauces.
Unveiled at the Expo West trade show in the US, the new retail lineup includes Chunk Pulled with Teriyaki Sauce, Chunk Pulled with Texas BBQ Sauce, Chunk Pulled with Korean BBQ Sauce, and Chunk Pulled with Barbacoa Sauce.
Made from high-protein, non-GMO plant-based pulled meat, each product is complemented by chef-crafted simmer sauces featuring ingredients like pears, tomatoes, fresh onions, carrots, garlic, ginger, oak-smoked sea salt, and paprika. Designed for quick, convenient, and clean-label meals, the range provides a source of protein, fiber, iron, and B12—all without additives, preservatives, or artificial thickeners.
