The company will present its mouthwatering new slab of plant-based meat alongside a revolutionary cubed product designed specifically for fast-casual restaurants.
Chunk Cubes and Chunk Slabs are crafted to simplify and enhance the serving of plant-based meals, regardless of the cut of meat a dish requires. According to a press release, Chunk’s new ‘Slab’ is the largest whole-cut plant-based product on the market, weighing over three pounds. It is perfect for briskets, pastrami, smoking, grilling, and tableside carving.
