Chunk Foods Unveils Largest Plant-Based Meat Slab and Cubed Cuts at NRA Show

Our partner, Chunk Foods, a producer of plant-based whole cuts, will debut two new products at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. The launch will feature the “largest plant-based meat slab,” designed primarily for briskets, and a cubed version ideal for fast-casual dining.

These new offerings, called Chunk Cubes and Chunk Slabs, aim to make it easier to incorporate plant-based options into traditional recipes. According to the company, The Slab, weighing over three pounds, is the largest of its kind on the market and can be smoked, grilled, or carved tableside. The Chunk Cubes are intended as versatile additions to dishes such as salads or bowl toppings.
