The 2024 National Restaurant Association Show is highlighting the future of the foodservice industry by featuring 35 innovative products recognized with the Food and Beverage (FABI) Awards.
More than a third of these awards were granted to plant-based products, indicating a growing consumer trend towards sustainability and eco-friendly dietary choices. Among the top accolades, 10 products were named FABI Favorites for their exceptional innovation and potential to influence culinary trends.
Products are evaluated based on their originality, uniqueness in the market, appeal to operators, and their innovative approaches to industry challenges such as sustainability and the increasing demand for healthier options.
In addition to the highlighted FABI Favorites, the 35 award recipients represent a diverse array of products that showcase the industry’s creativity and variety. Among these, Chunk Steak, by our partner Chunk Foods was recognized for its innovative plant-based offering.
